AMXX Admin Dropkick by WhooKid

Description
Have you ever had an annoying noob in your server than you don't quite want to kick but you want some way to send him a message? Admin Dropkick in the answer! With this command you will spring into the air while taking a Mortal Combat esk dropkicking posture. You will then continue to fly toward your targets head at a great speed with smoke and flares radiating from your body as he takes the posture of Jesus on the cross. Once your feet meet your targets head there will be a mighty explosion which will send him flying and you to a state of satisfaction.

* - amx_dropkick target - Dropkicks the player you are aiming at.
** amx_dropkick last - Attempts to dropkick your last target.

Server Variables
amx_dpkick (default: 1): Toggles the plugin on and off.
amx_dpkickforce (default: Float:1.0): Velocity multiplier on kick.

Damage is an optional parameter already, ex. amx_dropkick someone 100. Unless you mean something different?

Maybe I want to kick him, but still show my fury. Can you add a CVAR that'll allow it to kick after I go all crazy on my target?
