hello i have a server and quite a bit of people play it ,but the levels seems to disappear every like 2-3 days or so roughly

i have checked logs and there isn't anything out of ordinary. it just doesn't make sense

i am on nvault too.

this was a server hosted from someone and i took the files from them and setup this server then the levels poofed so i reinstalled and still same problem

What is your sh_xpsavedays cvar set to in shconfig.cfg?

Does it only clear the vault after the server crashes? (possible issue with saving to nvault correctly)

when the server crashes the levels do not clear

this exact sh mod someone was hosting so he installed the heroes and stuff then the levels reset and he gave me his whole server and i personally installed after about one or two months of the server xp reseting every 4-7 days right before i reinstalled the xp reset was consistant at resetting every day then right when i reinstalled the xp lasted for about one week. i dont know if this matters or not i thought it was just an error. then on tuesday i was playing and i got off went to a different server then when i came back thirty minutes later all the xp was reset so i checked logs and didn't see anything out of the ordinary.
