Higher fps = more accurate gameplay
Lower fps = less accurate gameplay
100 fps fixed = normal recoil, normal pain shock, normal jump slowdown etc...
101< fps = high/normal/none recoil dependnig on system, lag and latency, more pain shock (you will be stunned for a longer time when shot at), more jump slowdown (this means it is not recomanded for kz or bhop)
30> fps = high/ultrahigh/normal recoil (depends

), low/normal painshock, relatively lower jump slowdown...
I use always a fixed 60fps because It works perfectly, all functions are equal
PS: All of these things were tested

PS#2: m4a1, yes it can, If I play with 100 fps an hour and then switch to 60 it seems to work slower

We can say the human eye has 100fps

because I can't tell the diference betwen 100 and 101< fps only that I know that the fps is that high and i can see the effects (pain shock and all that) anyways, I have a bad eyes (actually the left is ruined and the right has to be a little better to make the performance of two eyes), I can see in reality with like 30fps
