Hello:

1) Remove the explanations and leave only the commands in the archives amxx.cfg, cmd.ini, users.ini, etc.. Can Optimize or slows the AMXX?
2) Remove the explanations and leave only the commands in the archives ".sma" . Can Optimize or slows the AMXX?
3) Is there any plugins that optimizes AMXX?
4) Are the plugins slows the AMXX?
5) Will Add plugins many or many modules makes slow AMXX?

I'm not sure if you're talking about theoretical speed improvements or if you are currently experiencing noticeable lag and seeking a solution.
  1. These files are usually only read at the start of a map - not really.
  2. They make absolutely no difference as they are not included after compilation.
  3. Not that I know of.
  4. ?
  5. Possibly. It also largely depends on their size and how well they are coded.

4. There are many plugins with different requirements. One with too many requirements or precache a lot of resources can slow your server and may crash it (if you exceed precache limits or your server does not have enough memory [hardware])
