A more advanced votekick plugin for everyone to use.
When a player says /votekick in chat it shows a menu with all players in it.
When you select a player it warns you of the risks, and those are: if more than 60% votes no you get kicked yourself.
When you press yes you have to enter a reason to votekick the guy. This will be showen when the user is votekicked, and can be seen by admins in the log file.

It currently bans players for 10 minutes. But I think bans should be done by admins, this is just a temporary solution until an admin comes and dedicates what to do next.
