TeamSelect Absence Fix plugin

	Fixes an absence of team select menu popup on new map. 
	This error often occured under CSDM.

Requirements:
	* CS/CZ mod
	* AMX/X 1.7x or higher

Like the info says, on random occasions the team select menu doesn't appear. In those cases you have to manually access it through "chooseteam" (default key "m").

This plugin is supposed to fix the issue.

First i tested on listen server. Works fine. Tested on dedicated server last eveninig. Not working. Tracing...
