I got it working now....only i have the problem that i get kicked of the server very fast

To be more specific when i add addons\zombie_horde\bin\zh_mm to metaplugins.ini or try to load the plugin manually via meta load. I get this error message:

The instruction at "xxxxxxxxxx" referenced memory at "xxxxxxxxxx". The memory could not be "read". Click OK to terminate program.

All I can say is that you should try reporting the problem to the developers of the plugin. Maybe it doesn't like listen servers.
