Recently I played on a (CS) server with 20+ slots and everytime a new round began it was so crowded that you hardly got out of the base.

So, why not create a plugin to avoid it?
You could semiclip the players for a specified amount of time or within the buyzone, resulting that everyone could leave the base as fast as possible.
When the time is over or they left the buyzone, you could slightly push every player that is in danger of getting stucked with someone else.

Both solutions have pros and cons:
specified amound of time:
° not every map has a buyzone
° you might want to boost a player within the zone
buyzone:
° you might want to boost a player when you left the zone and don't want to wait until "time" is over
° predefined area, every player would understand it's ranges

I think, a combination of both works best.
Within the first x seconds of a new round, every player inside the buyzone (if existent) is semicliped.

Semiclip was made before (search the forum)

IF you know how to code, you can make these things yourself (i assume you arent one)

I searched here for different tags (like semiclip, clip, etc) but did not find anything satisfying.
As far as I know, there is no approved semiclip plugin that does only work for the round start.

After all, it's just a suggestion, not a request.
I might be able to code it myself, but I don't want to. Maybe there is someone around with a better coding style, thinking this is quite a nice idea
