I think it will but i can't be sure however the bot thing gave me an idea ... as i recall in W3 there is a magic item that spawns a semi-invisible model of the player that hovers around the player ... oky so this thought crossed my mind:

A wallhack/aimbot aims at the closest "valid target" (i'm not sure to what extend, dose it target a model or a player/bot ) ...
So why not spawn a invisible model of the opposing team near each player ( in front of the player )

The efect shoud be :
* The aimbot will always target the model and would be rendered useless + the hacker would be exposed quickly
* The wallhackers will see the modle (some) ant that will block their field of view thus being forced to turn off there wallhack
* Esp users will probably render this useless ... they would just see an annoying dot or square or smthing similar

Problems:
* "Bot using server slot issue": Spawning a model dozen use slot ... so i think
* If aimbot docent target models use a bot that is teleported in front of the player and reserve it a slot ( no path needed for maps, 64 slots max as i recall ... 64/2=32 bots, 1 bot - 1 player ) <== i don't know if this is possible
* Model/Bot must be hallow ( bullets and stuff must pass trough )

Anyways my idea is instead of making bots that run about or stand still in some places ... just make them telleport in front of players at close proximity
