the only way to contact them before was support ticket or mail or teamspeak , but they are all down since 8 oktober.
Since im located in europe, im afraid calling them will cost me a lot.
Or should i call them anyway?
my experience with them tells me not to, since they hardly solve anything..(i remember i had about 30-40 support tickets open and they never got solved in a 6 months period - and it were normal Q's - such as: Why did you take money from my paypal - Do we get refunded for the days you guys were down ...)
they really suck
edit: i reported them to paypal anyway as fraudulent
