Are you referring to preventing players from spawning after the round starts?

Otherwise...if you want to "slow down" a user kill...just print some text on the client's screen, and then set_task() for a few seconds to kill him. Maybe even stop his movement before you kill him.

Hopefully that's what you're looking for. Kind of a weird question, so bare with me.

You can do it with HamSandwich.... :S

Code:
/*Description: Respawn function for players/bots only! Do not use this on non player/bot entities!*/
Ham_CS_RoundRespawn //Params: function(this).
I think you can block it by return HAM_SUPERCEDE ? dunno shure

I believe you can simply change the pev_deadflag from DEAD_RESPAWNING to DEAD_NONE - I don't remember the constants off the top of my head, but I remember it dictating whether or not the client was ready to respawn.

EDIT: Found the const. It's change DEAD_RESPAWNABLE to DEAD_DEAD

I try to do some like this in CS.
Using set_pev(id, pev_deadflag, DEAD_DEAD) in spawn function (on ResetHUD event). It's work.
But have two problem:
1. Player model. It's stay visible and partial in ground.
2. On next round start, player have not any weapon (and knife too).

Where is my mistake? Or all right?

PS: Sorry for my english.
PPS: I'm find answer on my question #1. Just block "ClCorpse" message.
