I can post my source to what I converted if you like... however you can only rotate at 90 degrees in realtime due to HL1 engine limitation or you can convert it yourself:

HLSDK - animating.cpp - void CBaseAnimating :: SetSequenceBox( void )

p.s. It will do other degrees however it increase the bounding box since which isn't what you want.
