Hello.
This suggestion was originaly opened
here, but it was so good, and it got buried...
Here is the plugin:
Before you compile the plugin, you can, if you want to, modify the modes names, config paths and etc. You can also modify the number of modes, maximum ~10. By default, you have these modes:
- Standard mode. - /addons/amxmodx/configs/modes/standard.cfg
- Fun mode. - /addons/amxmodx/configs/modes/fun.cfg
- Deathmatch mode. - /addons/amxmodx/configs/modes/dm.cfg
- Surf mode. /addons/amxmodx/configs/modes/surf.cfg
In the config file, most of you know you can set pretty much anything to separate the modes, things like dis/enabling plugins, changing host name, changing mapcyclefile, et cetera.
When a certain number of mapchanges have occured (configurable by a cvar) a vote menu shows up:
Quote:
What should the next mode be?
1. Standard mode.
2. Fun mode.
3. Deathmatch mode.
4. Surf mode.
|
the mode with the majority of votes wins, and after the next mapchange, that mode is applied to the server.
