Whatever you decide to do make sure you have a couple of redirectors to advertise your server and dedicated members to play on the server to keep traffic in there. If WC3 FT is your trade mark try combining what you are good at with some other mod. Who knows it might be a hit. I thinking everyone that has a few servers have a trademark that they carry with them and WC3 FT is yours. You can go this route or not but dont forget about redirectors and dedicated members to play on the server that you create.

CS Sucks HL1 Is the best fucking game ever made, there are no need for gay mods such as CS, i dont see any point in it, its filled with kids and hackers.

HL1 Servers usually get popular regardless of what server it is for the fact HL1 Is dieing because everyone's moving on to gayer games such as cs.

Well i know there is no such thing as an actual "redirect server."
you have to set it up yourself. I have the special files to set it up.
