Dota sounds

I want to add Dota Allstar's sounds (killing spree, mega kill, etc) to my server. I'll be very thankful if anybody can help me.
It will be desirable that I could play those sounds manually, like it is for Half-Life sounds (from amxmodmenu) which are bound to the AMXX by default.

Here are the sounds from Dota allstars and some info if someone is going to make it

In dota its something like plugin_logd_impressive but there are no quake sounds..
in dota when you kill someone and 2-3 sec after him you kill other player a sound will play double kill and if you kill 1 more player a sound Tripple kill will be played and then if you kill again someone it will play again tripple kill and a sound from killstreak Killing spree , Ultra kill , Mega kill , Dominating , Untroppable , Rampage , God Like , Holy shit , wicked sick and if you continue killing it will play only wicked sick again and again ... and the message is nick is beyond GOD LIKE
When the game starts the person who makes first blood is given 250 gold (+200 for first blood) and it displays a message nick drew the first blood
if he do double kill - nick maked double kill ... if he do tripple kill - nick maked tripple kill
In dota there are 2 team Sentinel and Scourge..
for example:
if only the Sentinel make frags and the scourge dont a sound will play OWNAGE and a message will appear The Sentinels are Owning
If someone do this plugin it will be MEGA COOL !!!
