Re-download and upload it. Then see

(if it doesnt work, just imagine the internet isnt perfect, sometimes its a bad download, or sometimes its ftp's fault and does a shity job uploading. You just need to be thorough, check the size of the files and make sure it looks right and whatnot.)

it was amxx problem. badly isnatlled. as u said ftp problem.
