Description:
With this plugin, you can control server ConVars, manage bots, or modify other plugins' settings.. If you have a server with more than one game play plugins you can disable or enable them easily from this plugin. Other plugins like ATAC and Deathmatch Team Balancer are also supported.

Tools:
When you install the plugin all tools will be disabled by default. You can enable them from the menu.

AFK's to Spectator
- Moves AFK players to spectator.
Automatic Team Balancing
- Automaticly balances teams
- Only dead players are balanced
- Bots are supported
Fun
- Changes health to the desired value at round start
  Health can be minimum 1 and maximum 500
- Players' speeds can be changed dynamicly

Planned Features:

Map and ban and stuff. (Yogi Beer)
Config support.
You decide! I will try to add all your requests to the plugin.

Usage:
Admins must have Admin_Convars flag to use this plugin.
Installing:
After you extract files, go to 'configs/admintoolssource/convars.txt' and add ConVars you want to be able to modify from the menu.
Editing ConVars:
If you are editing an integer or float ConVar when you press 1-6, ConVar will not change. You press 1-6 to decide a value, then you press 7 to set the ConVar to selected value. With this method there will be no spam like '...changed to 1', '...changed to 2', '...changed to 3', etc.
Enabling or disabling plugin:
You can use admintoolssource_enable convar to enable(1) or disable(0) the plugin.

Commands:
Chat only - Console Only - Both
ats_menu, atsmenu - Shows the menu.

Notes:

This plugin may work with all mods, but some functions will be disabled if you are not using Counter-Strike: Source.
After updating your version don't forget to re-cache ConVars!

Don't use the HintText stock anymore. There is a Hint Text native in halflife.ic.
