Can you make it so that when they trigger the default voice_medic console command the health boost is granted? <- Without needing to type !medic

Also (I've not tested this so if you may have already) make it so that the voice_medic console command is triggered for those that type !medic

Well, I figured I'd clean this plugin up a bit and add the requested features. It will now trigger when you trigger the voice_medic command, and it has support for multiple health kits per life. The cvars are:

sm_dodmedic_enabled 1 (Enable/disable being able to use !medic.)
sm_dodmedic_amount 40 (Amount of health to give when !medic is used.)
sm_dodmedic_count 1 (Amount of times per life to be able to use !medic.)
sm_dodmedic_maximum 30 (Maximum health left to be able to use !medic.)
