Is not so easy from 4 reason:

1. The ID for nonsteam is VALVE_ID_PENDING
2. The ID OF cracked steam si STEAM_ID_PENDING(PacSteam is a version of cracked steam)
3.The real Steam ID begin with STEAM_0:,can be STEAM_0:0:XXXXX and STEAM_0:1:XXXXX mabye with time can be and STEAM_0:2:XXXXX
4. And all steam: nonsteam,cracked and real steam when connect to server have authentification with STEAM_ID_PENDING.

Lee say's : This should work. The fact that the fake SteamID can be anything doesn't matter unless there are real-world cases where they use the same format as a genuine ID.
So one plugin of lee working but if i disable adminslots.amxx and server isn't full will kick sometime nonsteam if connect STEAM.
Must make an delay on connect on full server and check connected player if have nonsteam/cracked steam to kick if join steam or admin.

What are you talking about?????? Non-steam player steam ID is server side, so you just have to make a cvar with ns ID....

I changed VALVE_ID_PENDING to VALVE_ID_ASSHOLE on my server:

Than I went to another ns server and my id had chaged....... (I'm #10)
