Is there any command equivalent to "cmd dlfile" still working is cs 1.6?
I noticed that the console command "download" comes up as an option in cs but can't find how to make it do anything.

What I want is for a single file to be precaches (music, for a loading song) and then let that play while the rest of the files are precached.

So anyone got any ideas on how to achieve this?

Is there anyway to force the user to precache a given file before the rest (and also detect when that download is complete and force a reconnect)
I was hoping to only download the loading music and then use dlfile in game for the rest..

Why do people never understand me?

I know how to play loading music.

I have say around 10 mp3 files that I want the user to download.
1 is the loading song, the rest will be played in game.

I want the user to download the loading song, reconnect, have the loading song played for them while they download the other 9. Or something similar to that effect..
