(This was deleted before, and I think I know why, but it's fixed)

Allows you to specify multiple scrolling messages and choose the color of each, much like the info message plugin...

Config:
amx_scrollmsg "Some scrolling message" "255000000"
amx_scrollmsg "Another scrolling message" "000255000"
amx_scrollmsg "%hostname% - Hope you're having fun!" "000000255"
amx_freq_scrollmsg "600"

Note:
If you are using CS, you must use "#define OFFSET CS" (default), and if you are using DoD you must use "#define OFFSET DOD". If you don't use the right offset the scrolling will not work properly.
