I was wondering if someone can make a tsrp plugin. Ill be for any rp map with a sewer. This is just a little plugin, I thought would be pretty cool. It's always have to have a monster in the sewers, ready and willing to rp anytime.

Some Ideas for the Sewer Moster:
-More Hp and Armor
-Able to Have Heat and/or night vison
-Able to go invis (Also to maybe take away the name above head to be more sneaky)
-teleport a few feet/ or move faster
-able to make a sound/foot step sound to make the targets look a different way to sneak up on them
-to regain health, or attack people/eat people to get a little hp
-maybe a 2nd hunger meter, making an /eat /attack someone to be only used when the meter hits a number
-a cool monster sound anyone can hear by the monster
-a bind (/blackout) to make a target black out
