@stefoo

I'm assuming it shuts down your CS because of the error everyone else is having. Read the first post of this topic for further details.

@blast_strike

I don't know exactly how 1.76d differs from 1.76c. I haven't had access to the changelog recently, but I'm looking into a solution for this problem.

@Alka

You're welcome .

In case any of you were wondering, this plugin actually works without a problem on 1.76d, I must have overlooked something when switching from 1.76c to 1.76d.

This is an amazing plugin but it's sadly not working for 100% on my Linux AMX 1.76d server. Option 5 (scaling up) and 6 (scaling down) don't work for me but even worser is that this plugin makes the glasses on cs_assault unbrakeble, now can i life with that but i can't life with the fact that the backdoor won't open anylonger. Anyway it's a briljant maded plugin and nice to test/play with but unfortunly i cant use it on my public serves.

Unfortunately, I cannot test this on Linux but I don't see any reason for this plugin to behave differently on a different operating system.

You can only scale sprites, not models. I don't know which you were trying to scale, but it should work just fine with sprites.

I just tested the plugin on cs_assault and I could not reproduce this. Please consider other plugins that may be causing this error.

It's strange, when I use this plugin on my Windows server, it works perfectly fine. But when I use it on my Linux server, it doesn't work at all. I copied and pasted everything from my Windows server to my Linux server and it still didn't work. Also strange is that on the Linux server, only one .spr file is being uploaded, the rest are being ignored.

Both servers are using Amx Mod X 1.76d, and has exact the same plugins. The only differnce that one is on a Linux machine and the other is on a Windows machine.

Oh and is this a bug? If there is more than one player in the server and you are trying to put an ad up, the ad keeps moving around to everyone's crosshair instead of just my own.

Edit: If I have the plugin on with my Linux server, it sometimes crashes the server in the middle of the round. But if I remove the plugin, the server never crashes. If I were to estimate, the plugin crashes my server 1 out of 5 times that it's on. So for now I'll leave it on my windows server until you fix these issues.

I don't have a Linux machine, so I haven't been able to test this plugin on Linux. I'll ask someone who knows more about making plugins work on both Linux and Windows.

About the bug, I intended for this plugin to be used by only one person at a time so I overlooked that other people could control ad placement. This should be fixed in version 1.47.

About the crashing in the middle of the round, I don't know why this plugin would do that. It may have had to do with the bug I overlooked described above, but I really don't know. This plugin only works during the initial map loading time and whenever you use the command +place_ad.

Please add debug after the plugin's name (plugins.ini) in your Linux server and see if there is any output in the console. If there is something, please either PM or post this output.
