Mapcycle State Restorer (on server crash / restart)

Description

Plugin allow to restore maps cycle state on server startup according to the latest state from last run.
Plugin will also restore map to a map that was specified in "amx_nextmap" CVar on last map on last run.

Good job Ven. Works perfect! My server is crashing sometimes on map change(already filled the report) and with this plugin at least it doesn't start on the same map.

I will give you karma when you are in need!

Good deal VEN! I don't plan on using this plugin cause I'm always on de_dust2 in my server (almost always) but I know plenty of servers will need this.

I'm using this with AMXBANS and have one little problem, when server crashes or makes scheduled restart, then next mapcycle map loads, i have error in amxx log:

Try google that error "SQL_FreeHandle" - AMXBANS makes own operations with DB, when server suddenly crash something happens between this plugin and amxbans...

Without mapcycle_state_restorer there's no error. Both plugins works fine except that error, i can ignore it but that should be good if developers know about problem
