Anything is possible except for perfection :-). I took another look at it but didn't see any major flaws - a few very minor things such as naming a variable the same name as a cvar doesn't go well in my book so I added _var to the end of them. I indented the code, but couldn't find anything that really stood out as a problem. Client_authorized(id) should work on steam servers perfectly fine - if you're worried about STEAM_ID_PENDING, that shouldn't really be an issue but I've never had a problem with my client_authorized(id) in all the plugins I've written/modified/run. I would highly recommend switching client_putinserver(id) to client_authorized(id) as client_authorized(id) means they are connected but their server route can be changed. Client_putinserver(id) is at the final stage when they are about to join teams (not that exact stage but near it) so using it may not work right.
