See that? It means your computer is getting a dynamic IP from a DHCP server. So this static ip you sort of have is something your ISP is keeping more to themselves than you. I mean, you get to reap a couple benefits from it, but most are non-existent. Do you have any friends that use the same service provider? You could go over to their house and see if ipconfig shows the same or similar results.
