is there a plugin that add bots to your server when its empty and leaves when more players join?

Get podbot mm from the link from my signature - it does what You want without necessity of creating any plugin for it.

is there a way i can configure it so that bots join when the server is empty and leave when people start joining?

Podbot have that option!

One player joins - one bot gets kicked. One player diconnects - one bot is added. It's done automatically if pb_amxbots is grater than 0. The function auto add/kick bots is off if Your pb_maxbots is 0. You need to add some bots by pb add commands from podbot.cfg or from the console (eventually from the podbotmenu).

so you edit everything in podbot.cfg?
I am sorta confused by min and max number of bots. What values should i put in if I want two bots to be in when the server is completely empty and make them disconnection when there are four regular players in the server?

Also how can I configure this so that killing/getting killed by bots doesnt affect people's rank

Kwo Can i edit the bots names so it doesn't say [P0D] and they're health after they're names (100)?

You don't need to edit them. You just need to go to podbot.cfg and You need to change:
pb_detailnames 1
to
pb_detailnames 0

(or You can change it also during the game, but if You don't change it in podbot.cfg, next time when You restart the server - they will have again these prefixes and sufixes.

BTW that (100) after the nick it's not their health, but it's their skill.

I want to abuse my bots i'm using GHW_Uslays.amxx its telling me can't be performed on client how can i overide this to abuse my bots?
