does the CT's gain a defuser kit when bomb is activated? How can i change this option that the CT's gain a defuser?

Hm? All Counter-Terrorists should automatically receive a defusal kit on spawn, as long as it is a bomb map, and as long as gg_block_objectives is not enabled.
