Also were would i put the server.cfg. In the cstrike or in the cz folder.

For the server.cfg file, it depends on what game you are running. CZ goes in the czero folder and CS goes in the cstrike folder

To set the system ticrate you can add it to your command line.

< base dir here > -console -game cstrike -secure -port 27015 +maxplayers 32 +map de_dust -autoupdate +sys_ticrate 100

Although i think 100 is default anyway, with cz you can go as high as 1000 which equals around 500fps.

Also if its a dedicated windows server open media player or a webpage with flash as this adjusts the multimedia timer and raises the games fps. (there are some small progs that do this also)

tickrate is set by adding the -tickrate 100 (for a tickrate 100 server) in the command line start up parameters. Tickrate cannot be changed on the fly via console, HLSW or rcon, it can only be changed in the commandline and the server must be restarted for the change to take effect.

Ok to sum this topic up these are the commands to add to the cmd

+sv_lan 1 and sys_ticrate 600

sys_ticrate 600 is to get the server to run at 500 fps

By adding -tickrate 100 will do nothing, because that is the command for the source engine.

um..

-game cstrike would make it Counter-Strike...

Which would probably cause a problem to say the least...
The game for condition zero is czeror

Also, I'm not sure if CZ supports a 64 slot server...

Set your system ticrate in the command line to 1000 and either have media player running (does not have to be playing anything) or have a flash website open to boost the multimedia timer.
