I would like to start by stating that i have no programing experience, but i have an understanding how programs work and am trying to learn. that is why i am posting here and not in the plugins request forum, or the daily configs post.

My problem is that i am using the daily configs plugin on my server and want to make it use a different custom mapcycle for everyday, not a problem as i can put mapcyclefile "name.txt" in each config. the problem comes when a map vote plugin reads either mapcycle.txt or maps.ini and puts up votes for maps not in the current mapcycle.

I would, very much, appreciate if someone would walk me threw what code would be needed to do this.

what the plugin would need to do would be:

find todays mapcycle file,
write current mapcycle to to maps.ini

Replace your mapchooser.amxx with this one. Create the folder addons/amxmodx/dailymap/. Place in the folder 7 .ini files. One for each day of the week using the abbreviated name using the first three letters (ie. Sun.ini, Mon.ini, Tue.ini, etc...). In the .ini files put what maps you want in the map voting for each day of the week.
