Yep. You can even set it to leaving rates below the minimum alone.

Ok installed it and its not showing the cl_cmdrate i think:

Code:
ID SteamID Name rate cl_updaterate cl_cmdrate
1 STEAM_0:1:6417127 devil. 16000 60
2 STEAM_0:0:5856218 VeGiS 25000 80
3 STEAM_0:0:10911163 Crossi 16000 60
Also a player mentioned this was not changed either ?

Thanks in advance

Hi i set them to:
Code:
    register_cvar("mofo_min_rate", "16000")
    register_cvar("mofo_min_updaterate", "60")
    register_cvar("mofo_min_cmdrate", "60")

    register_cvar("mofo_auto_check", "1") // 1 = enabled, 0 = disabled
    register_cvar("mofo_auto_fix", "1") // 1 = enabled, 0 = disabled
    register_cvar("mofo_silent", "1") // 1 = enabled, 0 = disabled
as a trial run and then was gonna set them to 17000 70 70 after and them maybe to 18000 80 80 depending on what players report back to me.

I downloaded the plugin from the first page, changed the cvars and recompiled it and installed, i then tried just installing as downloaded and adding the cvars to my amxx.cfg and lastly i downloaded the version on the third page but they all did the same not showing the cl_cmdrate.

Thanks for any advice in advance also i told a friend about this plugin and it works fine for him the git

Sorry, I misunderstood your question. I simply assumed that you were thinking that the plugin wasn't forcing higher rates (don't ask me why).

To be honest, I rarely check people's rates (only when they lag too hard, then I tell them to lower their rates) as it seems that the plugin does its job. Next time I'll login to my server I'll check again and let you know.

The plugin is forcing higher rate and updaterate but it is not forcing or showing the cl_cmdrate. I also reinstalled this plugin without changing any settings but i get the same problem. Also when i go on my friends server it says all the settings were low and has changed them but on my server it only mentions the updaterate although my rate seems adjusted also. Also that brings up a point why is it checking me i thought admins with full access were left alone ???

I have the latest metamod and amxx but so has my friend so this should not matter and the mods we have different should not make a difference. Maybe i will try to place the mofo.amxx in the plugins.ini first on the list as i read that can sometimes help.

here is my question !

I use rate manager and it works very well i think...
but
if there is a line in the config.cfg: exec userconfig.cfg and
if someone use in his userconfig .cfg cl_updaterate 10 and this file is write protected...

is it work ?
