They should be.
I think a ruleing should be made and people should stick to it.
Either a second category or preferably require support for CZ on all CS plugins (and likewise CS support for all CZ plugs).
The differences are so small that CZ support is never too hard to accomplish without too much hassle anyways.

Then again, I have the same feelings towards listenserver.
The differences are so small, but there are always so many problems.

Worst of all I have a 7k line plugin I am working on, and I have requests for it to be compatible with CZ, CS, dedicated, listenserver, amxx 0.16 & TP4, TP5(when it is released) and any versions thereafter
Thanks Valve (and to a smaller degree you wonderfull amxx people ).

Its getting to the point where plugins cant be any more specific unless they were made for ATI and not nVidia somehow (or vice-versa).
[oh crap, i hope Valve didnt hear that ]

PS Do you think the hostage natives from the Cstrike module could be made compatible with CZ somehow for the amxx 0.20 final?
After what you said before, maybe the Cstrike module should be a CS&CZ module?

Hm I was referring to plugin mod category and I just realized we do have a CZ one.
However the simple reason I see CS and CZ as different mods is they're sold separately (well you can't play CZ from buying CS at least), and I only own CS and have no interest in getting CZ.

Also RC5 of AMX Mod X is also out.

Making the hostage natives work for CZ, I don't think it would be a problem, it probably works the same way but uses a different offset for storing the "go to that entity" pointer that each hostage has in its privatedata. However I can't test that out. Maybe however I could make a small test plugin for anyone with CZ to run and maybe it will find out what offset to use. But then a new module would have to be created. It could have the same inc file as cstrike but use another module build.

I have just noticed that this plugin will allow terrorists to diffuse the bomb . But this means binding the key and tapping it repeatedly as you change to CT for a short amount of time. Pretty straightforward thinking about it
