I have the same rpoblem, but that persons post got locked down. I don't know whether this is the right place to post this but I couldn't find another place. Is there a fix for this?

Amxmodx already comes with a countdown and announcement and all, why not use it, works like a charm!

I have seen some servers wic hav the facility of the guy reaching target and then also counting it properly till detonation..

Install the cstrike addon if you havn't. Then you can modify the stats settings by typing amx_statscfgmenu in console and configuring.
