Changing AUTHID? how can i do it?

We need to set/change AUTHID for any player on server, how can we do that ?
AND how can we change authid on client side, we are developing new anticheat system for cs 1.6.

Why would you need it?

we are using own id system.(eg. 1126-938-0000-0F33153) this id is chained to hardwere. we want to use it like authid
