Change DoD Spawn time?

From the looks of what I've found and searched, I don't believe it's possible to change DoD Spawn Time.

If it is possible to change the spawn time, or re-spawn a player instantly on death, can someone let me know? Thanks.

DOD calculates its respawn time on 2 main factors, a built-in timer that's adjusted by the number of players per team, and a respawn factor/multiplier.

The respawn factors/multipliers are in the entity:
"classname" "info_doddetect"
Within that entity, there are 2 KVPs:
"detect_axis_respawnfactor" "<float value default = 1.0>"
"detect_allies_respawnfactor" "<float value default = 1.0>"

Not all maps have the entity. And there are a few map that do change the factor. You may have noticed that the respawn time on dod_charlie is skewed. That's because the respawn factor for Allies is 0.5 and the factor for Axis is 1.5. That means the Allies will respawn 3 times faster that Axis. But even with the factor set to 0.1, the fastest it will respawn a player is 3 seconds. Why? I don't know.

I've written a plugin that allows you to reconfigure the respawn factors via a 'per map' config file. I only use it on dod_frenzy though. I never released it for public use because I didn't think there was any interest. Maybe I'll reconsider.
