If you are behind a router, then you should know about your internal ip if you made your server computer a static ip....

When you are behind a router, you can never connect to your actual ip, just your internal ip Ex: 192.168.1.98

Click Start button
run
cmd
then in that window, type: ipconfig /all

it will tell you your internal ip for your server if you do that on your server computer
