hi,

i used ptb (team balancer) for my server, but it had no use for me, becuz i dont want it to transfer players... so i'd just like to ask: is there any commands in cs for making MAXIMUM team size deference to 1 player? or could u make some plugin? in ptb it sometimes transfers players lke this:
3v1, and u cant change it in cfg... so plz help meh
