I have seen various threads on how to color a client_print for print_chat, but most of it seems to be for CS only. I know in the past I saw a plugin on a server for The Specialists that changed the color a printed message to a bright red color.

Is this possible? If so, what would be an example function that would change a string to a certain color, such as...

color(StringToColor,DesiredColor,StringToColo rLength)
{
????
}

You can try using the CS code and testing out different ^x0N modifiers, where N is a number from 1-5 or so. But, TS has a bug in drawing text, where if there is a HUD message, the topmost line is the color of it, or something of that effect. So perhaps what you saw was not intentional.

Hmm... weird. But then again, what I saw was an AMX plugin. Not AMXX, so who knows. I'd have to get in contact with the server host.

I can't think of anything that you can do in AMX but not AMXx. The weird color bug with HUD messages is still there with AMX, though, because it's a bug with TS itself.
