Sound folder trouble

i get this error every time someone connects to the server

Error: server failed to transmit file 'sound/misc/monsterkill.wav'
Error: server failed to transmit file 'sound/misc/godlike.wav'
Error: server failed to transmit file 'sound/misc/headshot.wav'
Error: server failed to transmit file 'sound/misc/humiliation.wav'
Error: server failed to transmit file 'sound/misc/killingspree.wav'
Error: server failed to transmit file 'sound/misc/multikill.wav'
Error: server failed to transmit file 'sound/misc/ultrakill.wav'
Error: server failed to transmit file 'sound/misc/maytheforce.wav'
Error: server failed to transmit file 'sound/misc/oneandonly.wav'
Error: server failed to transmit file 'sound/misc/prepare.wav'
Error: server failed to transmit file 'sound/misc/rampage.wav'
Error: server failed to transmit file 'sound/misc/holyshit.wav'

This is what the server console gets:
Warning: Unable to open sound/misc/monsterkill.wav for transfer
Warning: Unable to open sound/misc/godlike.wav for transfer
Warning: Unable to open sound/misc/headshot.wav for transfer
Warning: Unable to open sound/misc/humiliation.wav for transfer
Warning: Unable to open sound/misc/killingspree.wav for transfer

Warning: Unable to open sound/misc/ultrakill.wav for transfer
Warning: Unable to open sound/misc/maytheforce.wav for transfer
Warning: Unable to open sound/misc/oneandonly.wav for transfer
Warning: Unable to open sound/misc/prepare.wav for transfer
Warning: Unable to open sound/misc/rampage.wav for transfer
Warning: Unable to open sound/misc/holyshit.wav for transfer
I tired searching for this on the fourms, i think there is a topic. not shure but if there is just post the url and if not what am i doing wrong?

Go find the sounds, and shove them in the appropriate folder. That's it.

I don't know where they come from. I thought they came with AMXX. (?)

There are in the right folder cstrike/sounds/misc

Notice it's not sounds, its sound.
