How do you employ someone to MCPD so that they can cuff etc. I dont see the command.

Hi, im new in forum.Can someone help me with that plugins?I dont know how to make it.I downloaded the plugins, and puted on addons/amx/plugins.Is it right?If no, please someone learn me on game if u can, or post here.

the plugin link is broken.. and just the .sma doesnt work(tried compiling, says 'need output file avaroleplay.amxx'

I can get the .sma to work but i get these errors when i try to get the plugin (Im do not want this plugin just telling Avalanche)
