Although I can see that you think you have a point, I will have to disagree.

Wallhacking yourself, does not help detect walhackers in any major way and useing that method is questionable at best.

I understand you THINK that only spectating admins will ever use this plugin, but that is NOT the case.
Removeing the spectator mode restriction would be simple at worst as would admin restrictions.
Hackers have a specifically easy time gaining admin access to your server but normal players are not unable either.

Finally, releaseing a plugin like this to the public is moronic.
99% of the people who download your plugin will be doing so in order to abuse the wall hack ability.... and they will not be the only ones by far to abuse it.

If you REALLY find it necessary to create this plugin for your own use, I personally (though I dont expect my requests to go to far) would request that you do so on a private basis, not mention or discuss such matters on a public forum, and MOST IMPORTANTLY do NOT release to the public.

Those are my opinions and although you may not agree those basically are the findings of the last wall hack plugin for AMX and the reason you dont see it around anymore publicly available.

Useing these methods as an anti-cheat would be less effective than VAC at best, while at the same time inviteing anyone with common knowledge of CS and AMX to use hacks without being noticed.
(in other words you are handing a mugger a loaded hand gun in an alleyway )
