@Bail:
I have been testing CSDM 2.1rc4 (on a listenserver) and it has never let us down once! Everything works absolutely fine. But, I do have one remark and a suggestion...

Remark:
Manually dropped weapons donnot appear dropped on the ground. They dissapear in mid air.
They only (luckally) drop on DEATH. (tested when weapons_stay = -1)

Suggestion:
A setting to make it so people dont immediately respawn 0.75 seconds (spawn_wait_time = 0.75) after DEATH.
I suggest a spawn_wait_time = -1.0 , making people respawn, when they choose to respawn, by a simple mousse1 button click.
