How about a command like, amx_addplugin that adds a plugin to plugins.ini

amx_addplugin <pluginname>

amx_addplugin "gaben.amxx"

And it will add a new line in plugins.ini with gaben.amxx

Then tell the user to restart the server

The plugin wouldnt get loaded onto the server though would it? that would just be adding the line in the .ini not loading up a plugin.

Denying this -- as of 1.75 there can be more than one config file so this could potentially just add confusion. Even if this feature wasn't here, I don't think automating configuration files like this is a good idea, as it means we'd have to start writing nasty config commands for every little detail in the editable files.
