|** NeoTF lets engineers build multiguns(MGs), which are
|** upgraded by teammates who touch them. Varying classes
|** produce varying defensive MGs. This teamwork is great
|** unless you have no humans around, or they are lazy,
|** stupid, or simply too far away. As of 1.9.0, NeoTF
|** lets engineers force-upgrade MGs. However, it requires
|** either 8 binds or a cryptic console procedure of
|** "touchmg X" where X is the desired class-number
|** of someone WHO IS CURRENTLY ON YOUR TEAM.
|** The numbers are the same as the class menu: scout=1,...
|** Note also, force-upgrading a MG is a sacrifice of teamwork,
|** and you will be killed instantly as a balance to gameplay.
|** To force-upgrade a MG, aim at it until you see red dots
|** outline it. Once that happens, it has been selected and
|** any touchmg commands will act on it.
|** This plugin is only a menu so you can quickly relay any
|** class number to the touchmg command. You bind "touchmgmenu"
|** to a key, push it, and press 1-8 for an upgrade. That is
|** not only much faster, but you can have the upgrade ready
|** before you build the MG.
