/**
|** Mod Required:
|** TFC with NeoTF/1.9.0
|** Description:
|** NeoTF lets engineers build multiguns(MGs), which are
|** upgraded by teammates who touch them. Varying classes
|** produce varying defensive MGs. This teamwork is great
|** unless you have no humans around, or they are lazy,
|** stupid, or simply too far away. As of 1.9.0, NeoTF
|** lets engineers force-upgrade MGs. However, it requires
|** either 8 binds or a cryptic console procedure of
|** "touchmg X" where X is the desired class-number
|** of someone WHO IS CURRENTLY ON YOUR TEAM.
|** The numbers are the same as the class menu: scout=1,...
|** Note also, force-upgrading a MG is a sacrifice of teamwork,
|** and you will be killed instantly as a balance to gameplay.
|** To force-upgrade a MG, aim at it until you see red dots
|** outline it. Once that happens, it has been selected and
|** any touchmg commands will act on it.
|**
|** This plugin is only a menu so you can quickly relay any
|** class number to the touchmg command. You bind "touchmgmenu"
|** to a key, push it, and press 1-8 for an upgrade. That is
|** not only much faster, but you can have the upgrade ready
|** before you build the MG.
|**
|** Usage: touchmgmenu
|** (bind key touchmgmenu)
|**
|** Module Required: "tfcx" for constants.
|**
|** Changelog:
|** 2006-12-05 @ v1.2r: cleaned code again. Thanks Hawk.
|** 2006-11-26 @ v1.1r: cleaned code.
|** 2006-07-30 @ v1.0r: Pretty documentation, very clean code.
|** 2006-??-?? @ v0.4r: Description for release.
|** 2006-??-?? @ v0.3: Cleaned up comments and code.
|** 2006-??-?? @ v0.2: Much more useful if accessible to everyone.
|** 2006-??-?? @ v0.1: A menu! It works.
|**
|** Thanks: KingPin, Dygear.

This has been in use and running on [linux] server @ jraven.net for months.
I don't think there's anything that can break in a relay menu like this.
It really opens up a good feature in NeoTF.

I don't know, I haven't used/played DF's AdminOp. I know NeoTF suggests changing commandmenu.txt and some configs, but I wanted something server side that would be simple enough for new users to make one bind.

Yeah I think AdminOp does provide this same function. However, I want plain NeoTF on my server. So, for the 20 neotf servers I see listed now, here's a touchmg menu for you. I see 13 adminop servers atm. It doesn't matter, but this does have it's place.

Could you give me a TFC insight real quick, what do the commands:

touchmg 1-8

do? Are these commands TFC commands or NeoTF Commands?

NeoTF 1.9.0 (last release) made available a "touchmg X" command where X is a number of the class you wish to "touch" the multigun and upgrade it. NeoTF kills you as a balance and you must have the class desired present on your team.

Ex: point at an intert inert multigun until red dots show up, and...
console -> touchmg 7
...would kill you and upgrade your MG to a flamegun without having your pyro teammate(bot or human) needing to touch it.

Then change the name of the plugin from
touchmgmenu for TFC+NeoTF
