Credits
Suicid3, for helping me get the SQL queries correct.
Hawk552, Brad, v3x for suggesting the cvars from sql.cfg.

Description
This plugin will automatically create a table when ran. When a user joins it will log their name, Steam ID, and start them with 0 frags. A red hudmessage will be displayed on the right side of the screen, showing their total kills on this server. Each time they kill, it is logged into the database, and when they return to this server, the hud message will show whatever kills they had when they left last time - and it will keep adding this game as well.

Usage
Edit sql.cfg and change the settings to match your SQL settings. The script will automatically detect them and automatically create the table. All you have to do is edit that file, compile it, and run it. =)

(Make sure SQL is running)

Things to add
-If user changes name, update the SQL.

Tested on TS.

very nice start, only problem is if you type kill in the console you get +kill points towards your guy.

any chance you can add more features such as deaths, shots, accuracy, and maybe time online?

good so far, looking forward to a reply

It's nice with kills of course, but it does not show who the skilled players are; it shows the ones who have been playing the most on the server. With deaths too it would show both, and I love statictics. So can you please add deaths to it, or simply make another version that is modified a slight bit to show deaths aswell?

And just a question: does this plugin effect the server's performance negatively (causing lagg)?

Yes, I probably will add a death count feature too. I've been away from coding for awhile though, so it might be a bit.

My frequent fragger plugin tracks total time and reports in reg chat how many kills when you get one and how many deaths when you are killed. It works for sql or vault. Some of the code may be useful even though it is not updated for the new sql module.

Nice plugin
I altered it a bit so you only see your kills when you are dead (I hate text on the screen when playing) but that is how much coding i know.
Could you concider to make it recognize bot's to maybe lowering the cpu and querying the database?
And I saw something about multithreading with sql in 1.75 to lower cpu or something like that... don't really know what it is, but anyway, nice plugin

Hmm, good idea, I'll try and do that when I have the time.

This plugin currently adds to your total kills when you kill yourself or switch teams (tested in team fortress classic)

Is this something that's easy to fix just in case the author is inactive?

For someone killing themselves, use my other plugin
http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=23259 - Doesn't allow suicide

As for team switching - sorry, I don't know how.

Well when you change teams you automatically die, which ends up oddly adding to your total kills on the server. Hmmn it's not just instances of people typing kill in console that is adds to their own total kills, it also happens if they just suicide, for example if they hold a grenade and it blows up and kills them or they try to rocket jump with no health and end up killing themselves.

Any chance you or someone else may be able to figure out a fix for those two issues?
