because the T team does better even with less people.
edit the ptb.cfg to change the maximum difference to be tolerated.

ok i tried amx_rcon ptb_transfer_type 3
im gonna see how that works. im no good with just code i really need the cfg part of it. either im just a noob or im not understanding what ur exactly saying. but im gonna try what i did and see how it works. thanks

Hi!

I've been using the PTB on my server. Often we play Iceworld or any map like that. At the round end when everybody runs for the buyzone then usally 1 player get moved from one team to the other. When that happens everybody start to shoot, and it is pretty annoying to loose all of your gear to the next round.


I'm a noobie@amxx-scripting but I've cooked together this solution: http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=41557

It gives the victim all the gear back, and punish the player who killed him. That way the round-end-killings will stop

Hopefully some iceworld servers using PTB will find this usefull.

here is some great functionality that should be definitely included in PTB Team Balancer imho. Team Alert. This Plugin tells a player what team he is on at the start of every round. but it would be much better (anyone can help?) to notify player only when he has changed team or has been transfered.. that extends usability of PTB "especially for maps where both spawn sites are very similar so it'd be hard to discern by your surroundings which team you're on. fy_ maps is a good example of where this plugin would be useful." (c) Brad. anyway it can be optional.

Brad, there is no need to "Team Alert" each round since I remember well what team I chose and what team played the last round

I agree with you about that. Rather, I agree that it's a valid argument. I personally can't ever remember what team I'm on when I keep getting switched. Even if I wasn't switched.

What I'm saying is that the feature you're talking about should be added into the teamalert plugin and that that plugin and this plugin should not be integrated.

Since I'm more or less supporting the Team Alert plugin anyway, feel free to post your request there and then I'll post the code changes so Allen can steal my code.
