as far as i know, you cant stop this. The reason for this is because as soon as a round end requirement is reached, it ends the round. Bail has removed bomb and hostages, so thats 1 requirement gone. The other one, you cant remove really, is on team death. So as soon as 1 entire team is dead its round over. Technically this could even happen with 8ppl on one team.. just all 8 ppl need to have like 1hp, and grouped and get naded.. heh, but if that ever happened then it would do the round restart.
