whats these things mean?

That means that some of your public functions have a name which is longer than 19 bytes and that the name was truncated to 19 bytes. For now, make sure that your names are shorter than 20 bytes. The new compiler (hopefully shipped with 0.2) shouldn't have such problems ;)
