Temporary bans are moved when the players connects to the server and the ban has expired.
You can still search for erxpired bans.

I'm seeing this same bug. People being banned by hlguard now have the name of the server. I have a dedicated windows, nuclearfallout server.
Hlguard shows the banned person's name correct, but on the amxxbans website, it has the server name and it says "no SteamID present".
Here's my test. I wasn't banned either.

I also started getting this error:
Code:
L 07/03/2006 - 23:37:58: Invalid player id -1
L 07/03/2006 - 23:37:58: [AMXX] Displaying debug trace (plugin "amxbans.amxx")
L 07/03/2006 - 23:37:58: [AMXX] Run time error 10: native error (native "client_print")
L 07/03/2006 - 23:37:58: [AMXX] [0] amxbans.sma::cmdBan (line 1221)
I found that both of these errors have to do with immunity. When I remove my immunity, it bans and logs fine, with no errors.
