Ok so In the docs I see this

"NOTE! To deactivate all commands set cmdxsfile to "cfg/!cmdxs.cfg"
and reload file with "cmdxs_loadcmd". Ignore the "failed" error."

But where do we specify "cfg/!cmdxs.cfg" and where do we place the "cmdxs_loadcmd" value......sorry for the newb questions I just dont get it even after searching all the .cfg files.

he means cheange the name of the file itself in your cfg folder. and the xm_ commands go in the server console or using rcon/hlsw.

Well that works too... but it wasn't what I meant...

The first command was to change the file where the plugin thinks it shold be (which is the same as changing the name of the file).
Both commands should be added to the 'mbrxs.cfg' as KingPin suggest directly in the server consol.
